Refund Policy

Because course access is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the product or run into a problem within your first 7 days, email satmonsterinc@gmail.com and we will work with you, which can include a refund.

To ask for help, email satmonsterinc@gmail.com from the email on your account within 7 days of purchase and tell us what went wrong. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded.
