Welcome to SAT Monster. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of satmonster.com and our courses and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Purchases & Access

Course purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the purchased content for your own SAT preparation. Sharing your account, redistributing content, or reselling access is prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

Because access is delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are generally final. If you believe you were charged in error or the Service is not functioning as described, email satmonsterinc@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not copy, redistribute, or publish any course content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for anything illegal or abusive.

5. Intellectual Property

All lessons, videos, questions, designs, and materials on SAT Monster are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. SAT® is a trademark of the College Board, which does not endorse and is not affiliated with SAT Monster.

6. Results Disclaimer

Score outcomes depend on individual effort. Testimonials reflect real students' experiences and are not a guarantee of any specific result.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, share access, or engage in abusive behavior, without refund.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAT Monster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
